You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when you purchase and for keeping your download access details secure.

Crestwell products are digital files and resources. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own work unless the product description says otherwise.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or claim our files as your own. You may not use Crestwell materials to build a competing library, product, or service.

We aim to describe every product clearly and accurately. Your results still depend on how you use the material, so Crestwell does not promise a particular business, creative, or personal outcome.

We may update, improve, or retire products and site content at any time. Changes will not remove the license already granted for a completed purchase unless we need to do so for legal or security reasons.

Prices and availability can change before you complete an order. After a successful purchase, access is provided through the delivery flow shown at checkout.

Crestwell’s name, logo, site design, product content, and other materials belong to Crestwell or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
