Refund Policy
Crestwell makes digital tools that should work from the first download. If yours does not, tell us and we will work to make it right.

When to contact us
Contact us within 14 days of purchase if your file is inaccessible, materially corrupted, or materially different from its description. Email team@crestwell.madethis.app with your order details and a short description of the issue.
How we handle delivery issues
We will first troubleshoot the issue or provide a working replacement file. If we cannot resolve a genuine delivery or product issue, we will consider a refund case by case.
Change of mind
Because Crestwell products are digital downloads, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once digital access or a download has been provided. This approach is subject to applicable law.
A clear, fair process
To help us investigate quickly, include the email used for the order, the product name, and any relevant screenshots or error messages. We will review the information and reply with the next step.
